In the key of Zoolander…it’s a pasta off!

To prepare for the June throwback special the Chefs from all of our locations brought their best recipes for the fresh pasta with english peas, sorrel, reggiano, basil bread crumbs special. The pasta is remembered fondly by a few employees that demanded this throwback must come back!

Chef Michael, DVG, Dave & Brian shared the Skillet Street Food commissary kitchen and tested out their best ideas. The winner…a blend of the best parts of each dish! The collaborative process is the absolute best way to research. Four chefs are better than one! Thanks guys!
