Help from Local Lens Seattle

Our food truck parks Downtown Seattle every Monday at Westlake Park and this week we had Kelly & Andrew from King 5’s Local Lens Seattle team handing out some poutine to hungry Seattleites! We make our poutine from scratch in a 7 step process that takes over 48 hours to complete. We roast beef and veal bones for 24 hours, roast a mix of vegetables, simmer them both together, strain, make a roux, add gravy, and then season. We do all of that before we add cheese, herbs, and hand cut fries! We always use WA Beef as the base for all that great beefy gravy flavor. Thank you Local Lens Seattle for showing us off!
