Seattle Cider Company and Skillet will join forces to deliver a variety of cider goodness kicking off for Washington Cider Week, September 8-18, and lasting through the month.

Cider Cocktails available all month:
Big Bertha – Seattle Cider Berry, rum, Campari, maraschino liqueur, lime, simple $9
Cobbler – Seattle Cider Berry, brown sugar brandy, brown sugar rim $9
Giada – Seattle Cider Dry, vodka, grapefruit, vanilla simple, cardamom bitters $9
Apple Pie – Seattle Cider Dry, house-infused cinnamon rye whiskey, Sailor Jerry spiced rum, Lazzaroni amaretto, simple $10

All locations will have a Two Tap Takeover! All month we will have Seattle Cider Dry and Berry at all four Skillet locations, including Seattle Center, Regrade, Ballard and Capitol Hill.

We also have a cider infused menu and an optional cider flight at our Friday Night Backyard BBQ! Available 9/18 & 23 in Ballard and 9/30 & 10/7 on Capitol Hill!
